2888bat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

• Multiple or accumulator bets: Each selection must win for the accumulator to pay. If any leg is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
• Bet settlements: All betting markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.) at the end of the relevant event. 2888bat does not accept responsibility for errors in unofficial or early-declared results.

2888bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. • Suspected fraud, collusion, match manipulation, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with 2888bat in ways not permitted for human players.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player without first contacting 2888bat support.
• Behaviour toward 2888bat staff or other players that is threatening, abusive, or otherwise unacceptable.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, 2888bat reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, 2888bat may be required to retain funds and cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies.

All content on the 2888bat platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, data, odds displays, software, and the overall layout and design — is the intellectual property of 2888bat or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over any 2888bat content.

You are permitted to access and use the 2888bat platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any 2888bat content without explicit prior written permission from us.

• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or other content displayed on 2888bat that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2888bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the contact details on their account (email or SMS) with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect. Minor amendments — such as clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.
